Responsibilities
- Implement planning and design methods to improve or enhance existing programs.
- Control and plan the operating costs of the department
- Implement, assist and recommend department heads to plan departmental improvement strategies to achieve key performance indices and objective.
- Assist department heads in presenting departmental reports on a regular basis.
- Responsible to plan and maintenance program jigs fixtures through Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Chuck Servicing.
- Responsible to execute the Process Change Management and Coordination.
- To perform backups and support the production process.
- Responsible to do and analyses downtime through MTBF (Machine Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Machine Time To Repair).
- Review, plan, implement and analyse the concept design of jig fixtures to meet manufacturing and manageability requirements.
