Responsibilities (sample)
- Implement planning and design methods to improve or enhance existing programmes.
- Control and plan operating costs of the department.
- Support departmental improvement strategies to achieve KPIs and objectives.
- Present departmental reports and maintain jigs and fixtures (PM, predictive maintenance, chuck servicing).
- Execute process change management; support production; analyse downtime (MTBF / MTTR).
- Review and implement fixture design to meet manufacturing and manageability needs.
