Responsibilities (sample)

  • Implement planning and design methods to improve or enhance existing programmes.
  • Control and plan operating costs of the department.
  • Support departmental improvement strategies to achieve KPIs and objectives.
  • Present departmental reports and maintain jigs and fixtures (PM, predictive maintenance, chuck servicing).
  • Execute process change management; support production; analyse downtime (MTBF / MTTR).
  • Review and implement fixture design to meet manufacturing and manageability needs.
